For some reason, ideas about what causes heart disease and how to
prevent it sound more convincing when stated by an actual heart
surgeon. While I have to toot my own horn here and say I've been all
but screaming this info to people for the last 7-8 years or so, I still
am so, so appreciative whenever I read an article by someone else that
so poignantly captures the key ideas I want everyone to know about. The
article below does just that.
I would go so far as to say that it could change the health of this entire country if enough people read it.
Please read it and pay attention to each and every word. I agree with
everything this man says and approach all of my patients with heart
disease or heart disease risk factors (as well as any other chronic
disease issues because they all start from similar things) with these
ideas as part of my considerations. Why so few cardiologists think this
way is absolutely beyond my comprehension. If they did, we'd have a
lot more healthy people out there.
Anyways, please, please, please read this, then pass it on to anyone you
know. If you or someone you know has concerns about heart disease,
please consider my services. This is how I think! |
